Our spontaneously fermented wild ale of remarkable complexity. Imbued with our own wild Georgia yeast strain and matured for months in North Georgia wine barrels, this American sour will make you pucker with delight
a bourbon-barrel aged version of our Belgian-style Quadrupel, Quasimodo. Aged to perfection in eight-year-old bourbon barrels, the result is an ale of incredible richness and complexity. Every savory drop will leave your senses ringing.
We will be offering mini cheese flights perfectly paired with each of these wonderfully delicious beers, (Yes, that means more than one cheese per beer,) so you won't want to miss this one!!!
We will also be doing a special limited RE-Release of the original 2015 bottles of Inceptus! Very very rare beer, so get here early to make sure that you get yours! 2016 & 2017 Inceptus bottles will also be available for sale, so a great time to get the series!
You'd think all that would be enough, but we will also be tapping some vintage wild ales of ours that haven't been around for quite some time to complete this Wild-Belgian day!
Heaps will be on site serving up his famous New Zealand Meat Pies, and he might just bring something special, so come hungry!
