saison Voss kveik
A Barrel Aged Brett Saison
Brewed with our standard saison malt bill and European hops, we fermented with a traditional Norwegian "kveik" strain from the farmhouse brewery of Sigmund Gjernesin in Voss, Norway and later aged on Brettanomyces in red wine barrels. This saison has a restrained ester profile, strong red wine and Brett funk character, and a lingering dry finish.
