A Barrel Aged Brett Saison
Commemorating the 20 year anniversary of the Brick Store Pub, a local Decatur institution, we collaborated and brewed a Brett Saison to celebrate the occasion. This Brick Store Brett Saison, a.k.a Total B.S., was aged on brettanomyces in red wine barrels and has aromas and flavors of fruit, a touch of spice and a refreshingly dry finish.
