A Pomegranate and Blueberry Sour Ale

Pometheus comes from our Sour Asylum Series and is matured on pomegranate and blueberry with the addition of lactose. Known to ancient traders as the “fruit of paradise”, the sacred pomegranate’s tartness with an added touch of sweetness from blueberry is a delectable delight with a creamy mouthfeel.
