BBA Feest Noel Brewery Bottle Release

Join us at the brewery this weekend when December ushers in the return of Bourbon Barrel Aged Feest Noel.

After a year of aging Feest Noel in a small number of 8 year old bourbon barrels, the familiar spice aroma and flavor from our beloved Christmas Quad meld beautifully with the aroma and flavors of bourbon and wood.....and time.

This Friday, 12/2, 750ml bottles of BBA Feest Noel will be available with a special tour for $15 each [max of 2 per person]. In addition to the brewery bottle release, we will add BBA Feest to our draft list for the rest of December. As always, standard tour and tastings are available at $14 each and include a souvenir glass and 36oz of beer tastings.

Helm's Deep & Third Age

This Saturday marks the return of the Atlanta Strong Beer Festival and the preview of two new beers coming soon from the brewery, Helm’s Deep and Third Age. Helm’s Deep is a 13% viscous imperial stout aged in an eight-year-old bourbon barrel. It pours black as the darkest night and delivers an intense dark malt complexity with notes of chocolate and vanilla saturated with bourbon and oak. Third Age is an 11% old ale aged in PX sherry barrels and is rich with the aroma and flavor of dark fruit, caramel and the intense complexities of sherry and oak. Both of these beers were just taken out of the barrels and offer some of the most intense sensory experiences yet from Three Taverns. Stay tuned for details and dates on the coming brewery releases of both beers in 750ml bottles. Hope to see you at the Wrecking Bar this Saturday. Cheers.

Brewery-Only Can Release

Update: Cranberry Sauced 6-packs are sold out, but we still have plenty on tap at the brewery for growler fills. The tasting room will be open Wednesday 11/23 from noon-9pm for growler fills, tour & tastings.

Over the past year our tasting room, The Parlour, has grown to regularly include a line-up of 12-14 beers on tap during brewery tours and tastings. And like the popular Sour Asylum series and the new Hop Leaf Project, many of these tasting room beers are small batch, draft-only releases, or tasting room exclusives which are not available in a packaged format.

With so many beers on tap in limited availability, we’ve had repeated requests from fans asking us when they can have ‘beer x’ in a can or bottle. But with our production at near 100%, we just don’t have capacity to add more beers to our market portfolio at this time.

In an effort to accommodate these growing requests, we are going to start offering brewery-only 4-pack and 6-pack can releases. And with Thanksgiving just two weeks away, we are opening with one of our most popular beers and #2 from the Sour Asylum series, Cranberry Sauced. Referred to by many as Thanksgiving in a glass, Cranberry Sauced is a tart lacto-fermented sour ale brewed with cranberry juice, cinnamon and clove.

This inaugural brewery-only can release is slated for Thursday, November 17, at 5:30pm. It will be very limited and available on a first-come first-serve basis until supplies run out. Look for announcements from Three Taverns about more brewery-only exclusives through the end of 2016 and throughout 2017.

The Seasonal Return of Feest Noel

Feest Noel returns to the tasting room this Thursday, November 3rd. This 10% Belgian-style quadrupel uses dark roasted malts, imported Belgian dark candy sugar, and spiced accents of cardamom, allspice and cloves.

Feest Noel will be available on draft and in 750ml bottles in The Parlour. Look for bottles and draft around town starting next week.
